We provide two tiers of support designed to meet the needs of individuals at different phases in their development.

 

Level I – Foundation Building

  • Nine advisory sessions conducted over six months to enhance skills and competencies.

  • Facilitated Leader Assimilation – a process where we jump-start (or restart) your introduction to your team to enhance overall team performance and move your career forward faster.

 

Level II – Accelerated Growth

I am a leader who wants specific development to go from being an expert in my field to excelling in a leadership position. I would benefit from:

  • An actionable personal development plan.

  • 12 advisory sessions conducted over a year.

  • Facilitated New Leader Onboarding.
